ADVANCED PROGRAM
The most contemporary approach to learning a martial art is to adapt the strengths of the program to the student, not the student to the program. Our Advanced students soon feel results and notice increases in physical fitness, flexibility, and confidence. The by-product of karate's exercise program includes stress reduction and of course the ability to defend yourself and your loved ones.
